My name is Ioanna Lettington. I began my journey as a barista in 2020 in Greece, working at various cafes. Today, I live and work in Germany. Since 2024, I have been working as a freelance barista, bringing warm, delicious coffee to people’s hands.

With a background in fine arts, I bring aesthetics and craftsmanship to every cup I serve. My passion for coffee is also reflected in my latte art. Steaming milk isn’t just about technique, it’s about understanding its behavior and working with it to create harmonious patterns. It’s a collaboration. The challenge of turning an idea into a design in the cup, and the joy it brings to others, fascinates me every time.
